This is an exciting and unique opportunity for an experienced Manager to join our professional and dynamic team. You will be a hands-on leader with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for the overall management of statewide clinical support services. The right candidate will bring excellent leadership, integrity and compassion to the role. Statewide services currently include call centre (call handling and clinical appointment bookings), Talkline, Pregnancy Choices Helpline, SEARCH project and statewide clinical services (clinical reminders, results management, medical officer support for nurse-led services). The Manager is responsible for the day to day operation of these statewide services to ensure their effective and efficient operations, in collaboration with the Practice Managers for the Family Planning Australia clinics across NSW. The position is responsible for leadership of a team of healthcare professionals and administrative staff, ensuring that clients/consumers receive the best possible service. Other core components of the role incorporate financial and human resource management functions.
