We are seeking experienced and committed Support workers to join our team in Thomastown. The role will require working on a on casual basis, Monday to Sunday 9.00am to 3.00pm (including public holidays).

Primary responsibilities will be to provide 2:1 community access support to a specific participant within a Supported Independent Living accommodation (provided by another service provider). This will include managing behaviours of concern, community access, transportation, cooking, some domestic assistance and personal care.

Pay rate - $42.55 per hour SCHADS Award rates.

Must have

• Full Australian Drivers Licence
• NDIS workers Screening Check
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate
• Minimum Certificate IV in Disability, Community Welfare or similar
• Completion of NDIS Workers Orientation training by NDIS Commission
• Completion of NDIS Workers Infection Control training by NDIS Commission
• COVID 19 Vaccination
• Relevant Qualification in disability and a minimum of three years experience
• Access to Smart Phone
