The Freedom Hub is seeking a full or part-time Cafe Supervisor to join their Social Enterprise Team.

The Freedom Hub is registered Australian Charity running a large cafe and event venue based in Waterloo, NSW.

Slavery happens within Australian borders. This is unacceptable.

The Freedom Hub exists to:

• End slavery in Australia;
• Help people who have experienced this crime recover and
• Partner in the fight to end global slavery.

We run our social enterprise businesses to help with the funding of the administration of these activities.

Our cafe, event venue, and online retail, not only raise funds for our Survivor School but has also become a focal point for community involvement and awareness. As a result, most of our administrative costs are covered by the business, and our supporters’ donations go directly to helping survivors.

This position is to ensure the development and growth of the cafe arm of The Freedom Hub.

This portion will work on a rotating roster Monday to Saturday, between the Hours of 06:30 - 15:00, which may be some of the best hospitality hours in Sydney.

Outside of these hours, there is a requirement to attend two meetings via Zoom in the evening monthly.
