The Creative Designer + Storyteller is a dynamic, hands-on role that blends creativity with strategic direction. You will lead the creative vision and execution of all our campaigns, experiences, and collateral, ensuring the Free to Feed (FTF) brand is consistently brought to life in an engaging and impactful way.
As a skilled and beautiful storyteller, you will amplify culturally diverse narratives across both digital and non-digital channels, content, and experiences. Your work will foster deeper love, connections, understanding, and advocacy for FTF, helping to strengthen our bond with all our audiences.
Part of the Marketing team, you’ll also have the unique opportunity to collaborate closely with our social impact program participants, who come from refugee, asylum-seeking, and new migrant backgrounds, ensuring their stories are shared in an authentic and meaningful way.
You are a creative powerhouse with a deep passion for storytelling and social impact. Your skillset seamlessly blends design, marketing, and content creation, and you thrive in crafting beautiful, compelling, and mission-aligned work. Your exceptional creative thinking and design abilities allow you to bring ideas to life across multiple platforms and channels. Your skills in designing visually stunning materials are complimented by your ability to craft powerful stories that engage our customers and community. From social media campaigns to recipe books and event concepts, you excel in creating content that resonates with diverse audiences while amplifying Free to Feed’s mission.
You are highly organised, proactive, and collaborative, thriving in dynamic environments where no two days are the same. You can balance multiple projects while maintaining an eye for detail and delivering on time. A natural connector, you build strong, trusting relationships with internal teams, program participants, and external stakeholders, ensuring everyone feels valued and heard.
