The Customer Engagement Coordinator will provide support to the Head of Strategy and Events & Sales Manager with sales and customer engagement.
Providing warm, high-quality and personalised customer service, you will both collaboratively and independently manage customer and client communications, proposals, quotes and engagements. You will support the rollout of a Sales and CRM system, actively engaging with and maintaining the systems to provide clear customer sales journey process and reporting.
