About Future Group
Future Group is not your traditional financial services company – we're a collective of super funds and services committed to changing our planet now for a better tomorrow. When you join us, you’ll become part of a team united by a clear and important mission: to lead the investment movement by advocating and campaigning for a future worth retiring into.
We are looking for a portfolio manager to join our institutional investment management team and play a pivotal role in advancing our private market investment portfolios, driving collaborative research, and assisting with defining our long term investment strategy. Additionally, in this role collaboration with the Chief Investment Officer, our Investment Committee, and relevant client stakeholders is essential, including the need to lead conversations and bring the stakeholders along on the investment journey.
We are looking for an individual, who can identify, long term, thesis driven private market strategies and offer the opportunity to provide long term outperformance, for our members. Your north star is all things investments. Your guardrails are your desire to help us deliver strong investment returns and your belief that the right investments can bring about change that can be beneficial for all.
And the best bit, you’ll get to work with some fantastic like-minded people!
The issues we face are complex, so we believe the more diverse our team is, the better our solutions become. We strongly encourage applications from people with diverse lived experience and identities. We are a team that is all about building a strong, high-performing workplace culture, where we are always learning and doing better together, and hold ourselves accountable to our values.
Future Group values lived experience and we encourage applications from people with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander backgrounds, who have caring responsibilities, from culturally and racially marginalised groups, people with disability, people who experience ageism, LGBTQIA+ people, and people who experience social exclusion because of their social class.
