Fremantle Women’s Health Centre (FWHC), established in 1985, is a not-for-profit community health organisation dedicated to providing high-quality, professional, and accessible health and wellbeing services for women.

Our vision is to promote gender equity and improve women’s health and wellbeing, focusing on four key areas:  Mental Health and Wellbeing, Women’s Sexual and Reproductive Health, the Health and Wellbeing Impacts of Gendered Violence, and  Health Promotion, Education and Positive Ageing.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an energetic, experienced and passionate Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead FWHC through its next phase of growth and impact. Reporting to the Board, the CEO will drive the organisation’s strategic direction, oversee operational management, ensure financial sustainability, and champion advocacy efforts to enhance women’s health services in our community.
