Gamely Connect is a social gaming space for autistic & neurodiverse adults & teenagers located in Caboolture South.

As our client-base is growing we are seeking dedicated, passionate support workers to join our team.

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience working with autistic & neurodiverse adults & teenagers, as well as other disabilities
• Excellent people skills & the ability to make others feels comfortable in a new environment
• A keen interest in neurodiversity and learning how to support this group to form social connection
• Current open license & own car that can be used for transporting clients
• Tech savvy & excellent problem solving capabilities when tech inevitably malfunctions
• Passionate about board games and/or video games

Bonuses

• Cert III or IV in Individual Support (Disability)
• Current Yellow & Blue Card (if not we will help you obtain these)

Details

• Casual roll to begin with, with the potential to transition to part-time in the future
• We are looking for someone willing to stay with us for at LEAST six months, as it's important to keep staff consistent week-to-week so that our clients can build trust and rapport
• We need someone with weekday availability willing to work shorter, five-hour shifts
• MUST have a driver's license and own car with insurance as we provide transport for our clients
