Are you a passionate leader ready to make a real impact? We’re looking for a dedicated Team Leader – Counselling & Wellbeing (C&W) to play a key role in supporting the effective, efficient, and safe delivery of our C&W services.
In this dynamic role, you’ll work closely with the C&W leadership team to ensure the smooth day-to-day management of our counselling and intake programs. Your responsibilities will include supervising staff, overseeing workflows, managing finances, workforce planning, and ensuring clinical oversight and risk management. You’ll also provide expert advice and secondary consultations on counselling and therapeutic practice, ensuring alignment with the MARAM framework and agency policies.
