Gateway Health is seeking a Parenting Team Leader to join our Child and Family Health team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to lead a dedicated team that delivers high-quality parenting programs and services to families in our community.
As the Parenting Team Leader, you will lead and support a team of parenting professionals whilst overseeing the development, coordination, and delivery of evidence-based parenting programs. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to improve family health outcomes and ensure services are accessible, inclusive, and responsive to community needs.
The Parenting team consisting of Counsellors and Parent Educators who you will provide administration supervision, mentorship, and professional development opportunities and ensure they receive relevant clinical supervision.
You'll be working closely with the Program Manager Child and Family Health and be joining a broader leadership team who are supportive, inclusive and encouraging, who love sharing their ideas and work closely and collaboratively.
