The role:

As HR Coordinator – Advice and Support, you will provide essential support and collaborate with managers to enhance the organisation's human resources practices. This role provides support across various HR functions, including award conditions, and employee relations, while contributing to HR best practices and participating in HR projects and HRIS management.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • The ability to build rapport, and engaging relationships at all levels.
  • Strong listening and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • The capacity to adapt to changing priorities and be able to work autonomously.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Office365 and online meeting platforms (Teams, Google Meet, Zoom etc).
  • An understanding of Workplace Relations legislations and Industrial processes.
  • An understanding and interest in Disability Support Services.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar position in a medium to large sized company.
  • Degree qualification in Human Resources or similar.

  • NDIS Workers Screening Check Clearance
  • NDIS Workers Orientation Module (certificate of completion)
  • Working with Children Check (Victorian, Employee)
