The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is an executive position reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CFO will have knowledge of all relevant Australian accounting standards.

The CFO is a key leadership role which requires exceptional levels of technical skill and knowledge in the delivery of financial and accounting functions.

The position will lead and collaborate with other executive to determine the direction and decisions of the business. This position will prepare and deliver reports which support the CEO and the board to make strategic and operational decisions.

The CFO will oversee a small team and will demonstrate leadership and practical support to execute regular reporting, reconciliations, and other administration tasks. This position oversees a broad range of corporate functions which may include procurement, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fleet, property, purchasing, financial and industry compliance, ICT and payroll.

This position leads and manages the financial intermediary function with delivers plan management to participants on the NDIS.

The CFO is a highly visible and influential role at GCSS, and the incumbent will uphold the highest ethical and professional standards.
