Reporting to the Head of Revenue & Giving, and managing one direct report, the Partnerships & Business Development Manager will nurture and build on an existing portfolio of corporate partners, ensuring long-term engagement and revenue growth.
You will identify and secure new corporate supporters by building strategic relationships and presenting compelling partnership proposals. Additionally, you will oversee Workplace Giving, employee engagement, and volunteering programs to enhance corporate involvement.
Working collaboratively with internal teams, you will develop tailored partnership opportunities that align with corporate objectives and deliver mutual benefits. You will also provide strategic oversight on budgets, financial reporting, and fundraising growth strategies to drive sustainable success.
