We foster the future of general practice through our profession-led, community-based training model for the Australian General Practice Training Program and other training pathways. As our Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Program Coordinator, you’ll be an experienced education professional with a background in developing, presenting, and facilitating a range of high-quality educational activities that incorporate contemporary adult learning principles and practices. You’re a confident individual with a strong ability to consult, negotiate and build effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
You’ll also demonstrate:
Reporting to the CPD Engagement Manager, you’ll support and enable the delivery of high-quality professional development to GPs. You’ll do this by facilitating the development, promotion, implementation and evaluation of educational initiatives within the framework of RACGP’s CPD Program.
