From capacity building, counselling and speech to gentle support workers and parent coaching, we strive to offer comprehensive and compassionate assistance. ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a range of allied health workers to support the development of our work at our Bendigo, Gisborne and Northern Suburb locations (coming soon).

The perfect candidate:

• Compassionate and patient
• Neuro-affirming
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically able to carry out the duties required by the role.
• The ability to build and maintain rapport with participants.
• Knowledge of neurodivergence
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of legislation, principles and issues relating to providing early intervention support services to people with disabilities.
• Demonstrated proficient interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders

Professional Requirements

• Industry body registration required
• Work or lived experience desired.
• Passport and Driver’s License.
• Working with Children Check, Police Check and NDISWC.
• Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Program and Supporting People to Stay Infection-Free module
• First Aid & CPR
