ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a speech pathologist to join a team of passionate neurodivergent professionals supporting neurodivergent young people to thrive in society.

The perfect candidate:
- Compassionate and patient
- Neuro-affirming
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically able to carry out the duties required by the role.
- The ability to build and maintain rapport with participants.
- Knowledge of neurodivergence
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of legislation, principles and issues relating to providing early intervention support services to people with disabilities.
- Demonstrated proficient interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders

Professional Requirements
- Industry body registration is required
- Work or lived experience desired.
- Passport and Driver’s License.
- Working with Children Check, Police Check and NDISWC.
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Program and Supporting People to Stay Infection-Free module
- First Aid & CPR
