Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate would be someone who can be proactive in supporting an individual with unique needs and preferences in their daily living activities. You will be first and foremost a compassionate, friendly and a patient person with great communication skills. You will genuinely have the drive to make a positive impact in people's lives.

In joining the team, you must have:

• Vic driver's license and your own reliable transport.
• Cert III in Aged Care/Individual Support or Cert III in Home & Community Care or Cert IV in Disability
• NDIS workers screen check
• Valid police check and have your CPR and first-aid certificate.
