We are increasing our casual pool, with a particular focus on recruiting new team members for our After Dark program.
Glebe Youth Service (GYS) is a not-for-profit organisation committed to supporting young people to reach their potential, achieve their goals, and contribute positively to their community. We have been proudly providing youth services in Glebe for 30 years.
The Youth and Community Worker works in partnership with the community, our stakeholders and the GYS team to deliver programs and services designed to support young people, their families and the community.
This role reports to the Head of Programs – Youth and Community and will be responsible for the following:
GYS programs run each afternoon of the week and on Friday and Saturday nights from 6.30 to 10 pm. Additional special events take place in the evenings and on weekends as necessary.

Salary details: Social, Home Care, Disability and Community Services (SCHADS) Award: Grade: 2.1 + salary packaging
