We care deeply about the charities we work with and we are looking for someone that has the same passion. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across a variety of digital marketing platforms and has an eye towards hitting performance goals.

As well as working with some great charities, you will also have the opportunity to work alongside and gain experience in a small fun dedicated team with a combined 40 years in the industry.

This job is 100% remote.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our boutique agency working part time 3 days a week. You would be working with a variety of charities and be responsible for the delivery and successful implementation of marketing and fundraising initiatives.

It will include the creation, publishing, and optimisation of campaigns and ad content.

You will help:

  • Create & manage campaigns, audiences & creative on the major marketing platforms, Facebook, Google, Taboola, LinkedIn and TikTok
  • Write inspiring ad copy to drive results that meet performance expectations
  • Help brainstorm creative opportunities that resonate with relevant audiences
  • Optimise campaigns for performance monitoring and analyse results in Google Analytics
  • Help build reports & dashboards using google sheets & looker studio

ABOUT YOU:

The below points will all be looked on favourably, but if you are passionate about working with charities and you tick a few of the below points, we would love to hear from you.

  • Hands-on experience using popular marketing ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads are the most important the others can be learnt)
  • A high proficiency in using digital marketing channels and data analytics tools
  • A good understanding of technology and business processes/systems to manage digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A desire to learn, grow and build on your knowledge and skills
  • Analytics skills, including using UTMs and tracking via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Ideally 2 years of experience in digital marketing / digital fundraising
