THE ROLE

We have a truly exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead product innovation and development at Honest to Goodness as well as managing and optimising products in our existing product range. To thrive in this role, you will need to share our values and have a love of wholefoods and sustainable living. This is a full time role, however a part-time role will be considered for the right candidate, please advise your availability on your application.

Working alongside our senior leaders, this is a hands-on role where you will be able to utilise your mentoring skills to lead a new team of graduates, engage with our consumers and make an impact on the business’s overall strategic plan by developing and executing the product strategy roadmap.

Other responsibilities include:

• Analysing and reporting on product performance
• Communicating product strategy to internal and external stakeholders
• Setting and maintaining budgets and plans
• Project oversight and manage all product related initiatives

To be successful you will have:

• 5-8 years’ experience in product development and management in the FMGC industry
• Experience working cross-functionally managing various key stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills to understand consumer trends and feedback
• Experience managing a team with strong leadership skills
• The agility to work in a fast-paced environment.
