Executive General Manager - Mission

Good Shepherd Australia New Zealand

Are you an out-of-the box thinker ready to open a new Green Door?

If you don’t know us, we are 160 years young, with a burning aspiration to disrupt cycles of disadvantage that hinder the wellbeing of women, girls and families.

We are part of a global network spanning over 70 countries and are a leader within the APAC region.

As our founding Sisters of the Good Shepherd walked through the Green Door in 1863 to begin their mission in Australia and New Zealand, our new 2023-27 Strategy “Opening a new Green Door” steps out our future journey as we strive for equity, dignity and social justice.
