The Lived Experience (LE) Engagement and Inclusion lead will support the Manager and General Manager of Lived Experience and Co-Production to implement the Lived Experience Framework, including supporting organisational readiness, developing and guiding ethical practice and procedures for engagement across service design and delivery, evaluation, communications/media, policy and advocacy. The LE Engagement and Inclusion Lead will be the primary point of contact for Good Shepherd’s support to lived experience participants, and responsible for keeping Good Shepherd’s Lived Experience Platforms and communications up to date. This role is crucial in fostering a trauma-informed, inclusive, and safer environment, ensuring that lived expertise is central to Good Shepherd’s Australia New Zealand's work to deliver on its Mission.
