Role Purpose

As the Organisational Development Lead, you will be leading the design, development, and deployment of a range of strategic initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, performance and collaboration, and to deliver high-impact leadership and management development opportunities and programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Embed the Leadership Development Capability and revised Capability Frameworks across the organisation’s policies and processes.
  • Develop new performance review, development, and remuneration program for common law contract employees.
  • Lead and drive the design, development, and implementation of monthly leadership development forums for senior management, aligned with the Leadership Development Capability framework.
  • Design and deliver organisational development projects, as prioritised in the People Strategy Plan.
  • Provide advice on developing and implementing key organisational development strategies for creating an organisation focused on providing outstanding client care.
  • Collaborate and deliver a range of initiatives within the areas of talent development, capability, and employee experience.
  • Implement selected talent, capability, and leadership programs in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders including leaders, technical specialists, and HR Business Partners
  • Collaborate with the Good Shepherd Institute to design or deliver learning programs that support leadership and targeted corporate capability development.

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications, or demonstrated extensive experience in an Organisational Development environment, preferably with a focus on leadership development.
  • Proven expertise in leading a team to design, development and deployment of Organisational Development interventions and programs.
  • Ability to apply analysis and research in contributing to developing policies and strategies to achieve long term goals within a broad organisational-wide framework.
  • You will be a subject matter expert and consultant to the broader Human Resources Service Area, and to other key stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Minimum seven (7) years’ experience in a HR and at least three (3) years working at Senior Leadership level.
  • Ability to influence, engage and communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
