The Senior Manager Microfinance Network will play a crucial leadership role to drive impact through partnerships and innovative networked approaches to activate opportunities for financial health and wellbeing through microfinance and related services and support.
They will manage key relationships directly and support the General Managers and Executives across Good Shepherd to strengthen and build a network of microfinance impact through partnerships, ensuring alignment with the organisation's strategic objectives and fostering a collaborative approach to service provision.

We currently offer microfinance programs and products, financial counselling and coaching, family and domestic violence support services, family and youth programs, playgroups, education programs and community houses. These services are complemented by research and strong advocacy to address the underlying structural causes of injustice, exclusion, and inequality.
