The Gotcha4Life Foundation is 7 years young and dedicated to inspiring and enabling people of all ages to take action to build mental fitness. Our programs give people the tools to build their mental fitness, which includes being able to speak more openly about their feelings and experiences, and identifying a person, or people in their life they can reach out to when things get tough. The work we do is focused on taking action to spark and support new, healthier conversations about our mental fitness - ensuring that no one worries alone. Our ultimate vision? A world free of suicide, where no one worries alone.
We're a small and growing team on a big mission and we are looking for a CRM/EDM Specialist to join our team as we develop and scale. Founded by media personality and all-round legend Gus Worland, at Gotcha4Life you'll get to work on high-profile projects that drive impact, with an accomplished and connected team.
We have a hybrid approach to work that continues to evolve as we respond to what is best for our team and the people and communities we serve. Currently, we come together as a team at our Sydney CBD office 2 days a week to connect and collaborate. On other days, our team works from either our office or from home – however it best works for them. We are a small and passionate team, driven by the impact we make in communities.
This role will focus on managing our customer relationship management (CRM) system and executing/optimising effective marketing campaigns that engage and nurture current and potential donors, and Mental Fitness Gym members. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated knowledge of CRM systems, email marketing best practices, and data analysis for continuous improvement. This is about getting the right message, to the right audience at the right time.
The CRM/EDM Specialist role is a part-time contract position, reporting into the Marketing Campaign Manager. Whilst there is quite a lot of autonomy in this role, strong collaboration with the Digital Platform Specialist and Content Specialist will be vital to ensure we acquire and engage our audiences.
