We stock the freshest, finest and most extensive range of certified organic and biodynamic seasonal fruit and vegetables in Melbourne. We also feature a wide variety of pantry staples, including groceries suitable for special dietary requirements. We pride ourselves on exemplary standards of quality and service to our customers.

What we are looking for

We are seeking sales staff who:

• Are energetic, positive and self-motivated;
• Are “hands on” and willing to pitch in and do anything that needs to be done as part of the team; and
• Genuinely enjoy and excel at customer service.

Casual, part-time or full-time positions are available for the right candidates.

The Position/s

Duties include:

• Retail sales;
• Customer service and support;
• Operating our point of sale system;
• Handling and merchandising fruit and vegetables and groceries; and
• Packing and labeling bulk produce.

To be successful you will have:

• Demonstrated experience in retailing or hospitality.
• Proven excellence in customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and/or evenings and/or weekends.
