This is a full-time, fixed-term position for a 14-month contract. Open to candidates Australia wide.
This role sits within our Fundraising and Technology department as an integral part of our Donor Development team. We are a high-performing group dedicated to protecting and preserving our natural world, fueled by a shared mission to inspire action and create sustainable change. This role will work closely and collaboratively with the Head of Donor Experience and Loyalty and other teams to plan, drive and coordinate all elements of direct mail and digital fundraising appeals, retention calling programs, story and loyalty initiatives across our single and regular giving portfolios.
We are looking for someone with knowledge of best practice donor retention, upgrade and loyalty fundraising strategies. As well as ideally an understanding of fundraising and non-government organisations, particularly in the local market.
You will have strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills to partner with our external stakeholders, campaigners, supporter engagement, data, technology and digital growth teams to ensure supporters are inspired to continue supporting us.
