The role:

We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious and creative Human Resources (HR) Administrator to join our team.

This position is crucial in supporting the Organisation Support team, working closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and HR Advisor across a range of activities required to ensure timely and effective delivery of human resources, governance and facilities services to GPAP.

Some of the responsibilities include:

  • Explore and test innovative methods of recruitment and selection processes that optimises talent identification and recognition
  • Provide support in the development and implementation of organisational Learning and Development initiatives
  • Support the HR Advisor to coordinate the staff performance management process and reporting
  • Maintain office facilities, arranging contractors as required and liaising with contractors on site

The ideal candidate:

To be successful in this role, you must possess very strong organisational and interpersonal skills, and revel in a fast paced environment.

You will also have:

  • A minimum of one years’ experience in a relevant HR position
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Experience in the end-to-end recruitment process
  • The ability to learn fast, work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong creative writing skills is highly desirable

** This role is a full time position, that we are looking for two individuals to job share.
