• Location: Brisbane - mobile service, work from home and see clients in the community
• Job Type: Full Time
• Salary: $85,000- $119,000 + super + travel allowance + performance bonuses + $2000 CPD allowance yearly

Our team of allied health professionals works collaboratively to create comprehensive care plans that support the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our clients who are accessing the NDIS. Our team works with both adults and children throughout Southern and Western Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan and at the Lockyer Valley. Our small, friendly, warm, fun, funny team has nine team members, including other Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Counsellors and one admin star! Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate clients' functional abilities and limitations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to enhance clients capacity and development
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated client care.
• Provide education and support to clients, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, interventions, and progress.
• Stay updated with best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current registration with AHPRA
• Proven experience in providing client-centered care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Must have own vehicle and drivers licence
• Love working with children
• Experience working with First Nations peoples (highly preferred)
• Experience working with developmental trauma (highly preferred)
