GTNT Group is recruiting for an Employment Specialist, to join our Employment Services team in the Darwin office. The Employment Specialist will provide mentoring and support to apprentices and host businesses, whilst also ensuring the Group Training Organisation is meeting contractual requirements.
The Employment Specialist manages a caseload of Apprentices and Trainees (Apprentice) across varied industries. The Employment Specialist will build a relationship with the Host Business and Apprentice, and provide them with continued mentoring and support throughout the duration of the Australian Apprenticeship.
The Employment Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the Apprentice obtains the necessary training on the job, supervision and support to result in a successful completion in their qualification.
Additionally the Employment Specialist will provide HR and administration support to facilitate the Apprenticeship for the Host Business, by way of providing HR services, complete and follow-up all relevant documentation for onboarding and Australian Apprenticeships Network NT registration and communication with the RTO.

Salary starts at $76,125 - $88,305 pa.
This position is allocated a company vehicle. This requires a $5,500 pa deduction for the full private use within company policy and you will be issued with a company fuel card to be used within the NT for this vehicle.
Commencement salary will depend on demonstrated level of skill, knowledge and experience.
Knowledge of Australian Apprenticeships and HR would be an advantage.
