Guide Dogs is the leading Australian provider of Guide Dogs and orientation and mobility services for people living with low vision or blindness. We are a trusted, long-standing and well recognised charity. We rely heavily on the support and donations from the community and fundraising is essential to the work of Guide Dogs.

We are looking for a passionate and engaging relationship builder to support our Fundraising Engagement team in a full-time capacity, Monday to Friday. In this position, you are front line and a brand ambassador, supporting our mission by creating memorable experiences for our Supporters.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing engaging, respectful and positive supporter experiences via the phone, email and letter.
  • Delivering a 'Gold Standard' of service for every customer engagement.
  • Resolving enquiries from our Donors and Supporters.
  • Achieving accuracy and speed in data entry, donation processing and reconciliation tasks.
  • Guiding supporters to purchase from our catalogue.
  • Collaborating with the business to ensure Supporter enquiries requests are fulfilled and an outstanding experience is given.

  • You are competent using technology, especially MS Office and Outlook. Experience using a CRM to record Supporter engagements is highly desirable.

Please be advised that the successful candidate will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check.
