We’re looking for a passionate, creative, and highly organised individual to join our team as the Personal Assistant to the Founder and Director of GGM. This role is all about making things run smoothly; whether it’s managing calendars, coordinating events, or responding to emails. You’ll be the go-to person behind the scenes, ensuring the Founder and Director can focus on delivering their impactful work. If you’re someone who thrives on bringing order to chaos, loves connecting with others, and is excited by the idea of supporting a mission-driven organisation, this could be the role for you.

Email and Communication Management
Travel and Accommodation Arrangements
