HACSU is Tasmania’s largest union of workers, campaigning for economic, industrial and social justice. We represent over 11,500 workers in public and private health, aged care, and community and disability services across the state.

We are seeking a CRM Administrator to support the branch with its current CRM (iMIS). Your primary role will be to implement, manage and configure ongoing enhancements to best make use of the system for staff. You will work in partnership with our CRM developers, the Union Innovation Hub, to use the system to its best capacity for the branch’s requirements, ensuring accuracy in its processes and have a positive contribution to encourage staff engagement.

You will be someone who has:

• Strong skills and experience in systems analysis and capturing, understanding and analysing user requirements, preferably in a membership-based organisation
• A track record in configuring software systems and working with developers to implement business requirements
• Strong experience in supporting staff to get the most out of a new system or process, including through training, development of guidance materials, and providing help desk support
• Knowledge and experience of using the iMIS platform or other CRM would be very helpful, but not essential
• Formal training and/or relevant qualifications in IT would be highly desirable
• Experience with agile software development methods
• The ability to analyse, understand and capture user requirements
• SQL knowledge and experience highly desirable
• Experience with databases or technical support
• Solid understanding of front-end web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Ability to creative visually appealing and brand-consistent graphics for websites (and printed materials when required) highly desirable
