Tender Loving Cuisine (TLC) is committed to deliver strong and long term positive social outcomes to our Aged and Disabled clients. TLC was foundered in 1995 and is a community-based organisation which delivers delicious and nutritious 'home style' meals, catering for our clients’ specific dietary requirements. TLC Meals is both a Registered NDIS and Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) Provider, in addition to servicing clients on Home Care Packages (HCP). By servicing NDIS, HCP and CHSP clients TLC is enabling these clients to stay at home longer.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time role as a Client Services Officer at Tender Loving Cuisine in our Head Office at Five Dock. The Client Services Officer will be responsible for primarily assisting clients with placing and following up with orders.

• Exceptional administrative skills with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify priorities and manage conflicting requirements.
• High level of computer literacy including excellent Word/Excel skills and the ability to adapt to bespoke computer systems.
• Impeccable attention to detail and time management skills.
• A strong focus and mature attitude to customer service.
• Resilient and dedicated team player.
