Hart Feldt is seeking a passionate, reliable and confident Mental Health Support Worker to join the team for 1:1 Services with a female participant in Kariong - Central Coast NSW.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in the disability sector and meet the following criteria:

• Valid police clearance
• NDIS screening check or willingness to obtain
• Drivers license and relevant insurances
• Knowledge of the NSW Disability standards

Duties

• 1:1 Social and Community Participation
• 1:1 Assistance with daily life
• Occasional respite / overnight support
