At the helm of Haus of Dizzy, proud Wiradjuri woman Kristy Dickinson creates bold, playful, statement-making jewellery that celebrates and honours Indigenous culture—imbuing a sense of empowerment and joy within everybody who wears it. Often featuring powerful political and social messages, each Haus of Dizzy piece is designed, laser-cut, hand-painted and assembled in the company’s studio, located in Fitzroy, Melbourne/Naarm.
A studio manager is responsible for monitoring a studio's operations and managing staff performance and duties. You will ensure that the studio operations maintain maximum productivity and efficiency, providing the best in customer service and maximising company profits.
Excellent communication and leadership skills are a must, especially in communicating with the team and our customers. We are seeking someone who is super organised, proactive and energetic in their approach to getting things done.
The ideal person will ideally have 3-5 years of production management experience, is a self-starter with high attention to detail and is able to work both independently and as part of a team in a tight-knit workplace. We are, however, willing to be flexible on experience for the right person.

This is a four day a week role with an initial contract period of 18 months with potential for extension. A six month probation period will apply. The role will require the successful candidate to be largely onsite Tuesdays to Fridays 9am to 5pm however over time there will be opportunity for a hybrid working model. Occasional evening and weekend work will be required.
