Haven; Home, Safe (HHS) is a commercially operated, profit-for-purpose homelessness organisation specialising in housing solutions, providing hope, care and help to Victorian communities to prevent homelessness and end housing stress. Our organisation is on a journey to provide more homes and more support, through more meaningful partnerships.

Ready to make a difference and drive our mission forward? Haven; Home Safe is seeking a proactive and highly organised Fundraising and Partnerships Specialist to join our team on an ongoing basis. If you're passionate about social justice and social equity, and have experience building partnerships and driving fundraising initiatives, this could be the perfect role for you!

What you'll do

  • Fundraising Strategy: Lead the development and delivery of a comprehensive fundraising strategy, including major gifts, bequests, digital campaigns, and workplace giving.
  • Partnerships Development: Identify and secure high-value partnerships with corporates, trusts, foundations, and government stakeholders.
  • Donor Engagement: Build donor pipelines, create tailored content, and manage retention strategies to encourage lifetime support.
  • Data & Insights: Track campaign performance, use CRM tools for reporting, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work across teams to amplify impact stories and train staff in fundraising practices. Represent Haven; Home Safe at events.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven success in fundraising or partnerships, ideally in the not-for-profit or social impact sector.
  • Experience in securing revenue from diverse sources, including major donors, corporates, and digital campaigns.
  • Strong digital literacy, with experience in fundraising platforms and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders.
  • A passion for social justice and housing equity
  • Ability to undergo s national police check and hold a valid employee Working with Children Check.
