  • Collaborate with care teams to address the individual needs of clients.
  • Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancy Act 1997 and manage rental tasks and maintenance reporting.
  • Assist with property searches, applications, and tenancy reviews to ensure clients' housing stability.
  • Represent Haven Home Safe at VCAT hearings and advocate for clients when required.
  • Liaise with community agencies and service providers to resolve tenancy issues and ensure long-term support.
  • Collect data and feedback to improve services and meet key program outcomes.
  • Travel to Preston to work and support both our Metro and Barwon Portfolios.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in tenancy and property management, ideally with young people or in community services.
  • Strong knowledge of tenancy laws and a commitment to supporting vulnerable groups.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A genuine passion for supporting young people as they transition to independent living.
