About the role

Reporting to the Community Programs Manager, the Inclusion Project Coordinator contract position (until end Oct 2026) will work within the Club’s Community team and is responsible for working with our Inclusion Project partners to deliver inclusive events for the community.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Execution of the Inclusion Project, working with relevant internal departments.
  • Deliver events across sporting club matchdays, festivals and cultural events.
  • Deliver communication schedules and match day activations on time and within budget.
  • Measure success of The Inclusion Project campaign through reporting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across sporting clubs and venues.
  • Manage IP team and provide development opportunities to improve performance.
  • Develop grant proposals, ensuring alignment with funder priorities and requirements.
  • Deliver reports to stakeholders measuring impact and demonstrating innovation and growth.
  • Collaborate with Internal stakeholders to devise strategies that enhance partnership outcomes and funding.

The successful candidate will have strong relationship management skills, backed by relevant qualifications/study. You will have demonstrated experience engaging with diverse groups of people and have shown you can use your self-motivation and time management skills to execute initiatives and programs within sports environments before. Experience within community or charity also highly regarded.

You will have relevant qualifications that include:

  • Relevant Tertiary studies or equivalent experience within Allied Health, Community or Business Management fields
  • Working with Children Check
