The Inclusion Project Coordinator role is a unique opportunity to work within our Community Team at Hawthorn Football Club. Reporting to the Community Programs Manager, the Inclusion Project Coordinator contract position (until end Oct 2026) will work within the Club’s Community team and is responsible for working with our Inclusion Project partners to deliver inclusive events for the community.
Key Responsibilities include:
The successful candidate will have strong relationship management skills, backed by relevant qualifications/study. You will have demonstrated experience engaging with diverse groups of people and have shown you can use your self-motivation and time management skills to execute initiatives and programs within sports environments before. Experience within community or charity also highly regarded.
