As a membership-based not-for-profit, we advocate for the profession, support our members, and champion the role of health coaching in improving individual and community health outcomes.

The Opportunity

HCANZA is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer to help drive our mission forward. This leadership role is perfect for someone who thrives on both strategy and hands-on implementation. You'll oversee and manage HCANZA's day-to-day operations, lead a passionate team, and work closely with the Board to shape the organisation’s future.
