We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Part Time Administration Officer to work as part of our busy team. This role includes being the first point of contact for our members and stakeholders, supporting the delivery of our events, and general office administration.

The successful person will be comfortable in a people-facing role and able to anticipate and meet the needs of our members, partners, and other staff. They will be competent with technology, motivated to learn new systems, and able to teach and support others to use technology.

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Be highly organised, motivated and able to juggle competing priorities
  • Be skilled in a range of Microsoft Office applications
  • Be comfortable with technology and be able to act as trouble shooter for basic IT issues and liaise with our IT support provider
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have experience in hosting events using online platforms e.g. Zoom and Webex

This is a part time role for 28-30hours per week.

SCHADS Award, Community Worker Level 3. Currently $37.35 -$40.00/hr ($73,804-$79,040p/a pro rata) plus salary sacrificing
