About the role
Working under the direction of the Be You National Service Design and Analytics Advisor, the Be You National Implementation Lead will lead and implement various projects and functions within the National team focussing on implementation, learning design and adult learning. This includes coordinating design, delivery and continuous improvement of Be You learning modules, leading and supporting internal capacity to strengthen the implementation of Be You, and supporting development of new resources and content.
The role will interact regularly with external stakeholders, as well as key internal stakeholders across headspace National and State/Territory teams.
Who we're looking for
headspace is seeking someone with
- A minimum Bachelor level degree in any of the following: education (including qualification in adult education), public health promotion, community development, or an allied health discipline including psychology (clinical, counselling, educational and community), mental health nursing, occupational therapy, social work, or counselling.
- Responsiveness, flexibility, a strong attention to detail, advanced computer literacy, and a high level of verbal, written and digital communication skills.
- Highly developed communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to interact with a diverse range of people, for example, school leadership teams, health professionals, educators, academic researchers and service providers.
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects, including the ability to prioritise and achieve outcomes within agreed timeframes and under time pressure.
- High attention to detail, ability to problem solve and identify solutions to meet project deliverables within a deadline.
- Relevant experience in learning design and project management.
