About the role

As an Implementation Coordinator, you'll report to the Regional Manager and work closely with the ECP Senior Project and Content Manager, Operations Manager, and other regional leaders to deliver projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including university representatives, headspace graduates, and service network representatives.
  • Contribute to national projects and the continuous improvement of the Early Career Program through evaluation initiatives.
  • Support the development and capacity-building of allied health graduates and students in social work, psychology, and occupational therapy.
  • Work with counterparts across jurisdictions to deliver a comprehensive youth mental health vocational program.
  • Ensure program deliverables are met and maintain strong relationships across the headspace network.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for an adaptable, motivated professional with:

  • A tertiary qualification in education, health, or business, or relevant work experience.
  • Understanding of youth mental health and early intervention principles.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
  • Advanced computer skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience working with the headspace Service Network will be highly regarded
