About the role
Are you organised, creative, and passionate about bringing projects to life? Want to play a key role in supporting mental health education and training across Australia? We're looking for a Project & Content Officer to join our awesome Workforce Education & Training (WE&T) team at headspace National.
This is your chance to dive into meaningful work-supporting project rollouts, coordinating training initiatives, and helping shape engaging learning resources, including the development of impactful eLearning modules. You'll be working across exciting projects with a bunch of passionate people who genuinely care.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting the delivery of training and change management projects across headspace
- Coordinating project tasks - think schedules, risk registers, reports, and workshops
- Developing resources like eLearning modules, quick reference guides, and video content
- Helping keep our training communications sharp and effective
- Building great relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Handling the admin essentials (invoices, contracts, setting up suppliers etc..)
Who we're looking for
- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles
- Strong coordination and project management skills (you're the kind of person who lives by their calendar)
- A creative and collaborative approach to building training content
- Excellent communication and people skills - you're confident working with a wide range of stakeholders
- Tech savviness (MS Office is your friend, and you're keen to learn new tools too)
- Bonus points if you've worked on eLearning or multimedia projects before
- Extra bonus points if you are familiar with Asana and Articulate 360
