Practice Information:

This organisation which provides Psychology, Counselling and Mental Health Worker Services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander populations has commenced the delivery of its Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Probationary Psychologist Internship Program.

Position Description:

This program and position offers the following; 

1. Full time fixed term paid placement (Min 2 Years);
2. Access to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander AHPRA Board Approved Primary and Secondary Supervisors; and
3. Supervised placement within a Team environment.
4. After Hours: No

Qualifications and Experience:

Eligibility - Applicants must meet the following criteria:

1. Must have completed a undergraduate degree in an approved course;
2. Must identify as Aboriginal and or Torres Strait Islander;
3. Must be eligible to be registered as Provisional Psychologist with AHPRA; and
4. Must be willing to reside in Rockhampton or Cairns
