Our vision is to see an end to viral hepatitis by 2030. Through our education programs, community collaboration and person-centred care initiatives, we’ve made a significant difference in the lives of people living with viral hepatitis and liver disease since 1995.
The Communications Support Officer will support the development and delivery of digital content across our website, social media channels, newsletters, and campaigns. You’ll work closely with the Hepatitis Queensland team to engage communities, reduce stigma, and promote better health outcomes for people affected by viral hepatitis and liver disease. One thing’s for sure – you will never be bored! A typical day could include updating the website, creating a social media post and creating a new digital resource.
You may be required to travel intra/inter-state or work after-hours from time to time.
This is a 12 month contract position with possible extension.
Primarily, this role is suited to someone who wants to make a genuine contribution to the community and support a like-minded team.
