PRACTICAL SKILL SET REQUIREMENTS

• Ipswich Location is preferred
• Stoma experience preferred. Can have training .
• Clean Drivers License
• Insured Reliable Vehicle
• Certificate 3 or 4 in Disability Support or Individual Support {or enrolled}
• Good knowledge of the Ipswich area
• High level of English both verbal and written
• Yellow Card or NDIS Screening Card and Blue card essential
• First Aid Certificate
• Police Check
• Experience in working with Forensic clients ( Highly desirable)
• Experience in Mental health/dementia field (Highly desirable)
• Medication certification (Highly desirable)
• NDIS certificate
• Covid Vaccinations Certificate
