Hireup’s Finance team works collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure fiscal responsibility, strong financial governance, and accurate internal and external reporting. We are analytical problem-solvers and play an integral role in delivering a seamless Hireup experience to our community of users, whom we interact with on a daily basis. Our new Senior Analyst will support the FP&A function through the execution of business activities using data and analysis to drive actionable insights across business functions. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, the role will require a growth-focused, strategic and data-driven individual to be an exceptional partner to business leaders across the company to support our hyper growth ambitions.

- Assist with the development of Hireup’s forecast, budget and reporting, partnering with functional leads across the company to support business-wide planning and strategy execution

Priorities – the work
- Assist with the development of our forecast in an agile, hyper-growth environment, working closely with functional leads across the business to improve our visibility and approach to resource planning and allocation
- Provide analytics, regular and ad-hoc reporting to key stakeholders across the business, to develop insight based understandings
- Utilise data visualisation to support the design and delivery of operational and financial KPIs to cross functional teams across the business
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues within FP&A as well as cross-functionally to ensure shared objectives are clear, communication is open, and that insights and recommendations provided are understood
Skills – the person
- Growth orientated, strategic, and highly capable professional with 4-5+ years experience in FP&A, business analysis or equivalent in a rapidly changing environment
- Strong commercial understanding - you can partner and add value to all functions across the business
- Confident in leveraging data analytics and BI tooling to develop actionable insights
- Self-starter with strong communication skills and an ability to work cross-functionally and deliver projects autonomously
- Exhibit adaptability, resilience, transparency, trustworthiness, passion and innate curiosity
- Able to thrive in a rapid-paced, agile working environment
- Strong connection to, or interest in building an understanding of the Australian disability sector and community
