About the role

The Head of Retail is a newly created role, responsible for overseeing HoMie’s retail performance and operations, with close support from the Creative Director and CEO. Areas of responsibility include overall omni channel sales performance, stock operations/ logistics and holistic customer experience. The HoR will also support the product development team by contributing input to range planning and stock ordering while working alongside the Senior Leadership Team to identify new opportunities for HoMie’s retail growth.

HoMie is a unique organisation that runs social impact programs out of its retail spaces, providing employment opportunities to young people affected by homelessness and hardship. Part of the function of this role is to manage staff who will be working to help deliver these programs in HoMie’s retail environments, and as such this role will require close collaboration with the Head of Impact to support this part of the organisation.
