Hope & Glory is working with a well-known and reputable not-for-profit organisation based in Melbourne's CBD in their search for a flexible and skilled Copywriter. Here is your chance to stamp a great employer brand on your CV while making a significant contribution through your work.

In this role, you will work in close partnership with key stakeholders to deliver timely and high-quality creative content. You will deliver expert copywriting support across the marketing and fundraising functions of the business and lead the transformation of ideas into highly engaging and emotive content for a range of channels and audiences. You are more than just an outstanding writer, you have strong commercial acumen and natural marketing flair. You have a strong focus on bottom-line results and are accountable for the contribution that your writing makes.

To be considered for this role, ideally you demonstrate the following in your application:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a not-for-profit or community services environment
• Significant experience in writing copy for direct marketing materials, fundraising campaigns, and other communications
• Excellent stakeholder management skills in complex settings
• Brilliant time management skills
• Strong project management capability
• Relevant degree qualifications

Flexibility and pragmatism are the hallmarks of your operating style. You have excellent interpersonal skills and show a collegiate style in working as part of a broader team. You are a self-starter who can independently identify communications challenges and generate an appropriate response.
